Bharat BPO was incorporated on 8th December 2006, a 50:50 joint venture between Spanco & Spice BPO Services Ltd (A Spice Televentures Initiative). The Call Center in NOIDA was inaugurated on 17th July 2007 by Honorable Railway Minister. Gradually operations in South & West also started in September 2007 and East in December 2007. The name Bharat BPO best suits the objective of the project “Rail Sampark”. It evokes the right emotions in every individual associated with this project. The ideology behind this project is to bring in greater convenience to the Indian Railways traveler and the experience truly world class. This achievement will bring in a pride among each and every Bharatiya – citizen of India.
